Our store’s return policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise (any damaged, defective, or flawed products received) returned in original, unused condition within 60 days of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
RETURN PROCESSING FEE
A flat rate cost of return shipping, USD $9.95, will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is less than USD $9.95, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN YOUR ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
1)Items are damaged, defective, or flawed.
2)Your item must be in the condition you received them – clean, unwashed, unworn, & with all tags attached. Any item returned that is dirty or damaged, marked as not returnable, or marked as discontinued will be refused & returned to you at your expense unless you have received written management approval. Return of these items without approval will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
3) Your item must be in the original packaging.
4) Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Socks, hats/beanies are non-returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after shipping.
* Gift Certificates cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if incorrect item was shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the return address on your shipping label.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
