Our store’s return policy is to issue a refund or replacement for qualified merchandise (any damaged, defective, or flawed products received) returned in original, unused condition within 45 days of your item’s delivery confirmation date, with exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
RETURN PROCESSING FEE
We understand that sometimes issues with orders may arise, and we are here to assist you. In the event that you need to return a product due to an issue not caused by Caribbean Kulture Creations – CKC, such as incorrect sizing or a change of mind, please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
No shipping cost will be incurred by the customer for returning defective products. This includes cases where the product is incorrect, has been damaged during shipping by the carrier, or is found to be defective in any other way. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will cover the return shipping expenses in these instances. Additionally, eligible items will be considered for replacement to ensure you receive the high-quality product you expected.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN YOUR ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
1)Items are damaged, defective, or flawed.
2)Your item must be in the condition you received them – clean, unwashed, unworn, & with all tags attached. Any item returned that is dirty or damaged, marked as not returnable, or marked as discontinued will be refused & returned to you at your expense unless you have received written management approval. Return of these items without approval will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
3) Your item must be in the original packaging.
4) Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Socks, hats/beanies are non-returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
* Gift Certificates cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if incorrect item was shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the return address on your shipping label.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
